Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the collaboration between researchers and practitioners on developing standards guidelines for Facilities Management (FM). Design/methodology/approach This based a longitudinal case study research FM value adding its impact standardization development Value Guide. sources used are literature documents standardization, published planned standards, Guide, internal participant observations experiences.
